Mr. Wang Dianfu was born in Liaoning Province, China on March 15, 1935. From 1961 to 1979, he was a senior manager of the Ministry of Electronic Industry under the State Council. From December 1979 to 1991, Mr. Wang was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Senior Engineer of Beijing Broadcasting Equipment Factory, the largest one in China at the time. From 1991 to December 1992, Mr. Wang was Chief Economist and Director of the Electronic System Engineering Bureau in China Electronics Corporation (CEC), the largest electronics company in China at the time with total assets of RMB50 billion. From January 1993 to March 2000, Mr. Wang was CEO of Shenzhen Electronics Group Co. Ltd. (SEG), the first group company in the electronics industry in China, one of the largest electronics companies in Shenzhen, with four subsidiaries, namely, SEG Co., Ltd., SEG Samsung Co., Ltd., SEG Liansheng Co., Ltd. (sold now), and Huafa Electronics Co., Ltd., listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. From April 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Wang was President of Shenzhen Electronics Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of China Electronics Chamber of Commerce. In December 2004, Mr. Wang joined Skyworth Digital Holdings Limited as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors until now.

Mr. Zhang Xuebin was born in Jianwei County, Sichuan Province on April 1, 1963. He graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a master degree in accounting. Mr. Zhang joined the Group in March 2001 and was appointed director of Skyworth in Chinese region. In May 2001, he was appointed as president of CTV Division on its setup. In this period, Mr. Zhang made considerable achievements in reforming the original management system by converging independent units of R&D, production and sales into one system, thus enormously improving production efficiency. In September 2002, Mr. Zhang was appointed Chairman of Skyworth Digital Technology Ltd. On April 12, 2003, Mr. Zhang was appointed president of Skyworth Offshore Commercial Services Co., Ltd. On April 15, Mr. Zhang was appointed Chairman of Skyworth Display Technology Ltd. On August 7, 2003, Mr. Zhang was appointed general manager of the Marketing Headquarters of CTV Division under Skyworth Group. Nowadays Mr. Zhang is Vice Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Group. |
